Chilamate Rainforest Eco Retreat is a family run project dedicated to rainforest conservaion, contributing positively to our community and providing an unforgettable tourism experience.

We are situated in the heart of the San Juan - La Selva section of the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor and form part of the Costa Rican Bird Route and the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Agua y Paz. On our latest verification by Rainforest Alliance we received a very high qualification for sustainable tourism and best practices.
